i submitted a website two days ago twice and next to the website it still says that it has not been checked, so how much longer do i have to wait?

I would guess it depends on the workload and number of sites McAfee employees are trying to check at any given time. Part of their procedure most likely involves contacting the site in question, have them verify certain data or information, and provide a digital signature back to McAfee. The only way to know if the site is safe is if you see the McAfee site advisor symbol when using your search engine. Or perhaps contacting McAfee support.
