Do you know what SiteAdvisor is? It is not an anti-virus, but rather a web site "warning" tool.
Tools / Add-ons / Extensions tab Scroll down to MacAfee SiteAdvisor, click it, to highlight it, and select Uninstall
It should be listed under Add/Remove. Go Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. Locate the program, highlight and uninstall.References :
