Is there something wrong with my McAfee Site Advisor?

My McAfee Site Advisor used to display the levels of safety in different websites, but recently, no matter which website I visit, it only appears as a ‘question mark’, even in popular websites such as Facebook, Google etc. Tell me, is there something wrong with the computer when this thing happens? Please tell me…I’m pretty scared that I might not be protected. (the ACTUAL McAfee Security Software says I’m protected, in fact.)

If you are talking about the free stand-alone version of Site Advisor, I have had it become corrupt at times for some unknown reason, and it worked again after an uninstall / reinstall.
