You are, in part, refering to information suppression. If people are unable to communicate they will be unable to understand what they’re up against and will act inappropriately to the situation at hand. This is addressed in Sun Tzu’s Art of War. We may, in the future, have to revert to older technology to get our information. This is a game with serious consequences.

The Cybersecurity Act is a foreplay of another Problem-Reaction-Solution package they plan for in the future, just like they done before thru history. It has nothing to do with internet security, it’s for shutting down people around the world, stopping them from getting educated on whats really goin on.
